During the above time, additional countermeasures will be applied to our spam filtering software to further protect customers from malicious emails.

Customers may notice an initial delay on receiving emails from unique sources (few minutes), subsequent emails from the same source will be instant.

This will only affect FireNet customers who utilize our spam filtering service.
