This scheduled maintenance notification is being resent as it was pushed back to 26/09/19 but we did not reflect this on the status page post.

During the above time, FireNet engineers will be completing service pack upgrades to the hosted PBX platform. Customers with SBCs (session border controllers) will be excluded from this due to it not being ready for production on v16.

Customers may notice an outage of up to 2x10mins while the maintenance is completed. In the event your voice service does not restore on completion of the planned event, please re-register or restart your interfacing equipment. Soft phone clients are recommended to update their application.
